Fan of chefs, especially traveling chefs or expat foodies?
I’ve decided to create a new series on the blog where we feature chefs I meet, as well as restaurants I’m a fan of. From tiny food carts to 5 star restaurants, I’m featuring as many awesome chefs as possible. Because they deserve it, and we are foodies. Am I right?
Today we’re featuring one of my favorite people here in Thailand: Chef Patrick Langdon.
Jack ( as he is frequently called) has competed on Thailand’s Iron Chef and has worked at Claridge’s in London. He just recently moved back to the UK, after living in Phuket for four years.
Whether he’s creating classic dishes such as lamb shank or making a spectacular moo hong, Jack is always impressing his customers. I began going to The Food Gallery to get my fix of comfort foods such as cheese toasties and stilton soup.
